Last updated: January 15, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Celebration Point ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Terms

Celebration Point provides event planning, coordination, and management services as described in your signed service agreement. Specific deliverables, timelines, and inclusions are defined in your individual contract.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when (a) a signed service agreement is returned, and (b) the required deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event information, guest counts, and contact details.
  • Respond to planning communications in a timely manner.
  • Obtain any required permits or venue approvals unless contracted to us.
  • Make payments on schedule per the agreement.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit (typically 25%) is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due in installments outlined in your agreement, with the final payment due no later than 14 days before the event date. Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, and bank transfer.

5. Cancellation Terms

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. Refund eligibility for additional payments is governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Event Changes

Material changes to event scope, date, or guest count may require contract amendments and may affect pricing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes subject to vendor availability.

7. Vendor Relationships

We coordinate with third-party vendors (catering, floral, AV, etc.). While we vet and recommend trusted vendors, we are not liable for vendor performance unless that vendor is directly contracted by Celebration Point.

8. Liability Limitations

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid to Celebration Point for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, force majeure events, or losses caused by third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, and creative materials produced by Celebration Point remain our intellectual property until paid in full. We may use non-confidential event photography for portfolio purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Centre County, PA.

11. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
