Shipping & Delivery Policy

Celebration Point is a service-based business. This policy explains how our services are delivered.

1. No Physical Products

Celebration Point does not ship any physical products. All offerings are professional event planning, coordination, and management services delivered in person, by phone, by video conference, or by email.

2. Service Delivery Timeline

• Initial response: Inquiries received via our contact form receive a response within 1 business day.
• Proposal & quote: A written proposal is typically delivered within 3–5 business days of the discovery call.
• Planning phase: Begins immediately upon receipt of signed contract and deposit; duration depends on event scope.
• Event day: Services are delivered on the contracted event date and location.

3. Consultation Delivery

Initial consultations are offered free of charge and conducted by phone or video conference (Zoom, Google Meet). For local clients, in-person meetings can be arranged at our Aaronsburg, PA office or at the proposed venue.

4. Planning Materials

Planning documents (timelines, design boards, vendor lists) are delivered electronically via email or a shared planning portal. Clients receive all relevant materials throughout the planning process.

5. On-Site Service

For event-day services, our team arrives at the contracted venue at the agreed-upon time. Travel within a 50-mile radius of Aaronsburg, PA is included in standard packages. Travel beyond this radius may incur additional fees, disclosed in your quote.

6. Geographic Coverage

We accept event bookings throughout the United States. International events are considered on a case-by-case basis. Travel, accommodation, and additional fees apply for destination events.

7. Communication During Delivery

You will have a dedicated planner as your primary point of contact throughout the planning phase, plus full team availability during the event itself.
