Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Celebration Point issues refunds for event management services.
1. Deposit Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit (typically 25% of the total contract value) to secure your event date. The deposit covers initial planning hours, vendor coordination, and date reservation, and is not refundable under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Timelines
- More than 90 days before event: Payments beyond the deposit are refundable, less any non-recoverable vendor costs already incurred.
- 60–90 days before event: 50% refund of payments beyond the deposit.
- 30–60 days before event: 25% refund of payments beyond the deposit.
- Less than 30 days before event: No refund. All payments are non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Refunds exclude:
- Deposits and retainers.
- Third-party vendor fees already paid on your behalf.
- Travel and accommodation expenses incurred.
- Custom design or production work already completed.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once started: consultations, design concepts, vendor sourcing, and any payments to third-party vendors that are non-recoverable.
5. Event Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 60 days before the event. We will make every effort to transfer your booking to a new date subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 10% of the contract value may apply, plus any vendor change fees.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond either party's control (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics), we will work in good faith to reschedule. Refunds in these cases are limited to recoverable amounts.
7. Cancellation by Celebration Point
If Celebration Point cancels services for any reason other than client breach, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
8. How to Request a Refund
Submit refund requests in writing to our email. Include your booking reference, event date, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 5 business days.
